Returns & refunds

You can return products within 14 days of delivery, in line with EU consumer law.

What can be returned

• Unopened cosmetics in their original, sealed packaging.
• Jewellery and accessories, unworn, with tags and packaging.
• Any faulty or damaged product, opened or not.

For hygiene reasons, opened cosmetics and earrings for pierced ears cannot be returned unless they are faulty.

How to return

1. Email [email protected] with your order number.
2. We send you a return label.
3. Your refund is issued to the original payment method within 5 working days after we receive the parcel.
